4. Location: Academic Canteen, Wroclaw, Smoluchowskiego Street

5. Paring system: Swiss system, 9 rounds, computer pairing

6. Time control:

Round-robin tournament for IM norm: 90 min per games + 30 sec. per move

Group A: 90 min per game + 30 sec. per move
Group B: 120 min per game

29.04.2010 10.00 II round 16.00 III round
30.04.2010 17.00 IV round
01.05.2010 10.00 V round, 16.00 VI round
02.05.2010 10.00 VII round, 16.00 VIII round
03.05.2010 9.30 IX round, 14.00 closing ceremony

8. Participate conditions:
Group A: players with ELO or local rating >= 1800,
entry fee: 130 PLN
Group B: players with ELO or local rating <= 1800,
entry fee: 80 PLN

IM norm tournament:

9. Additional events:

- 5 round swiss tournament (ELO rated) from 1st May to 3rd May
- Blitz chess tournament
- Beach volleyball, canoes depence on number of participants and the weather

10. Accommodation and board:

CS Szkolenie i Doradztwo Wroclaw, Boczna 12 Street

Double and triple rooms with bathroom

Accommodation + 3 meals – 450 PLN (from supper 28^th April to dinner 3^rd May)

Separately:

Accommodation – 50 PLN per night

Meals – 50 PLN per day (3 meals)

11. Prices guaranteed:
Group A: 1st place 2000 PLN, Group B: 1st place 600 PLN

12. Classification of universities:
Each team consists of 4 people (minimum 1 woman) from one university. Minimal number of players is 2.

14. Rules and regulations.
According to the FIDE Law of Chess and Chess Code (PZSzach). Recording and chess game is performed using chess clocks. The number of received points decides about the place in the tournament, in case of equal points the auxiliary awarding of points will decide: M-Buchholz, Buchholz, progress, number of wins, Berger, drawing. The organizer preserves the right to modifications.
